Hi Tormead, it’s your 2020-2021 HGT here with our latest update!

We’re all a few weeks into Term 1 of University now (Manon at Loughborough, Holly at Bristol, Izzie at Bath & Emily at Exeter) so thought we would let you know how it’s going so far. 

Starting with Holly, her pharmacology degree is going well and she’s had a few laboratory practicals so far, and has succeeded in not poisoning anyone (yet!). 

Emily’s enjoying learning more about geography, and has fused her two favourite things from school (geography and netball) by joining the geography society’s intramural netball team! 

Manon’s been at uni for the shortest amount of time, but is enjoying the beginning of her course. Although there has been more work than she thought, she is still able to get involved with lots of different sports and societies, including all the socials. 

Izzie has completed more Psychology research studies than she thought was possible and is loving lacrosse having recently started playing at Bath.
